Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for store credit or exchange it for something else. Refunds will only be issued in the event of damaged or defective products and if no alternatives are available.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days after receiving your order. This exceeds the standard minimum, providing you with additional flexibility.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If an item is not currently available, it may take up to 15 days for inventory items to be updated, and we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date. Should the item remain unavailable beyond 15 days, you will have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, unused, and in the original box and/or packaging with all tags intact.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their order within 1 hour of purchase; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 14 business days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges

No refunds or exchanges will be granted unless they fall under any of the conditions listed below:

  2. Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for the returned item will be deducted from the refund. Shipping costs for exchange items will be the responsibility of the customer. Customers bear the costs arising from termination of the agreement.
  3. Condition of Items: The returned items must be unworn, unused, and have the original packaging (tag and bag). Used items will not be considered for refund or exchange. Socks and other personal/hygiene items will not be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
  4. Packaging and Tags: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without original packaging or tags will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
