Shipping policy

Shipping Times

  • All orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are delivered within 5–7 business days of order confirmation (calculated from receipt of complete and correct shipping information).
  • Business days are Sunday through Thursday. Friday and Saturday are not counted as business days, and orders are neither processed nor delivered on those days or on public holidays.
  • If items are not in stock, or if any delays occur, we will notify you of the expected delivery dates.
  • If delivery is delayed beyond 15 days from the agreed delivery date, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund, unless the delay is caused by force majeure.

Shipping Rates, Terms, and Conditions

  • Within Saudi Arabia: Rates are calculated based on weight and applied at checkout.
  • Shipping Coverage: SBD Saudi Arabia currently ships within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
  • All prices displayed are in Saudi Riyal (SAR).

Defective Items

If an item is defective upon receipt or has a manufacturing defect, a refund or exchange will be granted upon inspection of the item(s). Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence of the defect.

Received a Wrong Item

If you received a wrong item, we will send you a replacement. Once we have received the item(s), or proof of the wrong item, we will ship out the correct item(s) within 3–5 business days, depending on current stock.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, once we are notified, we will ship out the missing items within 3–5 business days, depending on current stock.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays or returns.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the logistics provider, customs, or other regulatory bodies.
